I had my Audi fixed here years ago and they did an awesome job. I brought my Jeep in last week and they were still just as awesome. They stand behind there work.

Customer staff were very pleasant. Got me in as scheduled and did an excellent job. Even provided transportation so I did not sit and wait.

Very thorough diagnostics, good explanation of discoveries, isolated a common source of codes and recommended repairs, and quick repair time (for us there was no rush, yet, the repairs were done in a very reasonable time frame). I knew the repairs for my particular vehicle would not be cheap and so I expected some costs. As it turned out Aardvark Automotive was able to do the repairs for a reasonable price. One item I really appreciated was they tested and diagnosed the concerns without throwing a bunch of parts at it in hopes to fix it. I will be keeping their card for future automotive concerns.

If I lived in Amarillo, I’d never go anywhere else for my automotive needs. I was traveling cross country for work when I began to have car trouble. The staff was empathetic to my needs. They did everything in their power to get me back on the road as soon and as safely as possible. They even beat their projected time for both diagnosing the problem and getting it fixed. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in the area!

Excellent Service. I was passing through Texas on a massive roadtrip and my alternator had failed on my Jaguar X type. After a search I found This place. I found the service good- Brandon and his technicians communicate very well and make things clear. I'm an engineer and was infact involved in the design of the X type and they don't patronise or tell me stuff I already know. I'm all too used to this with bigger franchise operations and I much prefer the personal family feel of an independent. They are not forced to always go by the book (believe me- OEMS get it wrong- ask me how I know!). Anyway, very glad I went here, they presented all options and Brandon and his technicians really seemed to care. They didn't give me 'company line' lines like I have gotten used to from bigger franchise operations who often have no passion for the work, for the customer service or cars. Thank you!
