It is great to be treated more like a friend that just a customer. I am greeted by name and a smile. I know the advice I get is always good and I will never be over charged or charged for mistakes made by mechanics. It is unusual in this day and time to find honesty and friendliness and business all in one spot. .

I called to see if they could do 100,000 mile scheduled maintenance in one day for my vehicle, and they were able to assure me that they had room to do so. Brought the car in and was courtesy shuttled to my chosen destination. I can't remember driver, but he left a great impression. Even with adding some tasks that I'd been putting off, they had the car done by end of day and gave my husband and I each a mini box of Valentine chocolates.
