On a road trip from Austin to Aspen, I experienced power steering trouble while driving through Amarillo at 5:00pm. I did a Google search and found Aardvark as a Land Rover specialist. I phoned and asked if they could help me. The kind woman on the phone, without any hesitation, said "of course, bring it by." At the shop Brandon was amazing. It was 5:30. He dropped everything and diagnosed a leaky hose. He explained the problem and the solution and was able to order the part that evening for next day delivery. He personally drove me to a new Holiday Inn. The next morning they called me to tell me the part was in and my Range repair was underway. They picked me up at 12:30 and I got back on the road. Amazing! I love the team at Aardvark. They are truly special.

Headed from Dallas to Colorado; had an issue with my 2016 Q5. The lady I called on my cell was kind, efficient and very helpful. Got to the shop shortly before closing time, they got me right in took GREAT care of me and were very knowledgeable and knowing they had me over a barrel they were honest and inexpensive.

So far, I just picked up my 2012 Fiat Pop on yesterday (9/26/2016) but I am happy with repairs done to my vehicle. Having a white interior, it was left as clean as it went into Aardvark. The only thing I have negative to say about Aardvark is about the receptionist. I tried to give her some trash to throw away and she looked at me as if I just asked her to do something that was beneath her. Instead she told me there was a trash can behind me. I looked around and there was a trash can. I was 8 inches tall and full of trash. No wonder I did not see it. I think I would have felt better if I just threw it on the parking lot. But I hate to litter. But at least I would not have bothered the receptionist with it.

I apologize for not being ready to take your trash at the door. I will be ready next time. Thank you for your business and we look forward to seeing you next time
