Amarillo Auto Repair

My wife and I were traveling through Amarillo on vacation when we had an engine problem. Aardvark Automotive worked us in to their shop and repaired our vehicle as soon as special parts were available shipped over night. I highly recommend their work. Later when we got back on the road we had a blowout many miles from Amarillo. I called Aardvark Automotive and they found someone to come to replace my tire. We only lost 2 hours travel time. I can't say enough good recommendations for them.

Aardvark and the staff, both Brandon the manager and Brandon the tech that did all the work to my Mini Cooper S were absolutely amazing! The service from reception (Kim and Donna) to the entire shop staff were beyond accommodating and professional. If you have a foreign vehicle or Mini Cooper and are looking for modifications and upgrades and an HONEST straightforward shop you cannot go to a better place! They are truly dedicated to making the customer experience a great one! They even went as far as making a USB with photos of all the work in progress for me to keep! It’s really hard to find people you trust and can receive great customer service! You cannot go wrong with Aardvark.

Aardvark Automotive has the most professional and trustworthy staff and protocols of any mechanic I have ever worked with. I truly feel as if they want to help me figure out what solution is best for me rather than feeling like they’re trying to get as much money out of me as possible (which is how I feel with most mechanics). They are exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable about their work and even go out of their way to show and explain to me what is wrong with my vehicle and the different solutions that there are for those problems. We will only be using Aardvark from now on!

Another company recommended a very expensive car repair (power steering hoses). Aardvark removed the hoses and found that the connections were loose. They help avoid an unnecessary repair. They saved me $500 to a 15 year old car, which may not make it to 16 (180,000 miles).Thank you Aardvark.
